Planning Code Sets

On the Planning Code Sets node you can create custom versions of planning code sets and optionally map them to the standard UTBMS task codes that are available in the system by default. You can use these planning code sets to create planning templates. Tasks will automatically display for the budget upon template selection.

Adding a Code Set

1. Click the Add button.
2. In the Add Record dialog, type information in the provided fields, based on the table below, then click Save.

Column	Description
Code	Enter a Code for the Planning Code Set.
Name	Enter a Name for the task code set.
Type	Select Code, Client, or Vendor to determine the level you are creating the task code set for.

Assign Code Sets to Codes

After saving your information on the Code Sets panel you can map the Code sets with the Planning codes.
